First things first:

I’m a private-pay therapist with a fee of $185 per 60-minute session. Find Your Piece is not in-network with any insurance providers, and I’m happy to provide a superbill upon request if you have out-of-network benefits.

  • Find Your Piece does not accept insurance because I prioritize working directly for you, not for your insurance company. Insurance sets limits on sessions and treatment methods based on diagnoses, which may not always align or resonate with your healing needs. By working privately, we can design a therapy experience that matches your preferences and goals exactly, without outside restrictions.

  • I offer virtual sessions across Minnesota on Mondays and Tuesdays. In-person therapy is available on Wednesdays in Roseville. All sessions are scheduled between 10am-3pm.

  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Healthcare Savings Account (HSA) & any major Credit/Debit card are accepted.
