First things first:
I’m a private-pay therapist with a fee of $185 per 60-minute session. Find Your Piece is not in-network with any insurance and I’m here to answer your questions with honesty and warmth.
-
Why, YES—I thought you’d never ask! I offer virtual therapy on Mondays and Tuesdays across Minnesota, and in-person sessions on Wednesdays in Roseville.
-
Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Healthcare Savings Account (HSA) & any major Credit/Debit card are accepted.
-
Find Your Piece does not accept insurance because I prioritize working directly for you, not for your insurance company. Insurance sets limits on sessions and treatment methods based on diagnoses, which may not always align or resonate with your healing needs. By working privately, we can design a therapy experience that matches your preferences and goals exactly, without outside restrictions.
-
For clients wanting to use their insurance, I will happily provide you with a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
A monthly superbill is a detailed invoice from your therapist that can be submitted to seek reimbursement from your insurance for out-of-network benefits.
Here are some helpful questions to ask your insurance company about your out-of-network benefits:
Does my health insurance plan include out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health?
Do I have an-out-of network deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
How much does my plan reimburse for out of network benefits once I have reached my deductible?
Is there a maximum allowed fee that my insurance plan will reimburse?
Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
How do I submit claims for reimbursement?

Your appointment slot is reserved for you. If you are unable to attend your appointment, I kindly ask for a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. If something comes up last minute or you miss your appointment, I do charge the full session fee.
